David’s career path changed in 1999 to Real Estate after being in the hospitality industry for over 17 years. This customer oriented business which required a lot of listening and paying attention to detail has helped him with clients to obtain their goal, a new home. “You always need to stay abreast of the ever changing market place and keep your clients informed to make this process less time consuming and as stress free as possible.” David’s strong background in customer service, which came from being in the Hospitality industry for 17 years allows him to negotiate well in any situation. His specialties include the new home and resale marketplace along with land home packages with extensive knowledge of local and national builders. He firmly believes that continuing your education keeps you on top of your game and your clients ahead of the curve on all transactions.

David relocated to the area from Pittsburgh, PA and spend his time between Denver on the west side of Lake Norman and Linville in the mountains of North Carolina.

After a long career in motion pictures (being a stunt double for Lady in “Lady and the Tramp”) I retired and moved to Trilogy Lake Norman.
After experiencing what the good life is all about at Trilogy and getting settled in my new home I decided to em “bark” on a new career in Real Estate.
My knack for playing fetch helped me learn to chase new clients and give them the best dog gone service around.
